Our team of professionals is made up of office-based staff and field-based leaders in the countries we offer as holiday destinations. Below are our office based staff.

Jill Dolan - MD (UK)

Jill and her family are heavily involved with horses on a day to day basis, competing regularly in showing competitions across the country. The family's biggest win to date was 'Horse of the Year Show' in the nineties with their 15hh Show Hunter, 'Mr Pemberton'. Jill's other passion is travel, and when the Summer months of competition are over she winds down by travelling to far off and distant places to satisfy her urge. Prior to launching Zara's Planet in the UK, Jill spent 15 years in the corporate world, as the Director of a highly successful media agency, representing brands that included the Daily Mail, Independent newspapers, Virgin Radio, Elle & Red Magazine.

Zara Stassin - MD (Ireland)

Zara has always had a passion for travel and at last count visited and lived in 37 countries. She grew up with show ponies often breaking, schooling and riding ponies in for a top UK producer. After school she worked on stud farms in Belgium before settling into corporate life where she worked in IT and Travel for Irish companies for over 15 years, most recently as MD of a $500million travel agency in New York. In 2005 she established the Zara's Planet concept and moved back to Ireland.

Laura Dolan - Associate Director

Laura and Jill are sisters and Jill has been urging Laura to leave her corporate job, specialising in Horse Insurance to join the Zara's Planets team ever since the company launched in the UK. And at last she's made the move - Laura is big into horses too, and is currently showing her 5 yr old Riding Horse, Landrick, with the dream of qualifying him for Horse of the Year Show in 2009. Laura has expert training and experience in dealing with sales and customer relations, and shares the same passion for travelling as Jill.

Mai De Barra - Sales Director

Mai has a strong entrepreneurial background and established a successful retail and wholesale business on an international level. That business still continues in the family and Mai concentrates on her long time love...travel and adventure...being an avid horse rider all her life, kayaker, hiker and generally being up for anything means she has covered a wide range of ZP holidays which she can share with clients.

Elaine O'Sullivan - Customer Service Consultant

Elaine is one of newest members of our team. Elaine is not a rider per say, but loves travel, history and cultural trips. She has enjoyed many of our trips, to familiarise herself with them and assist clients in making the correct trip choice and offers a very personal view of the vacations. Elaine has a strong background in consumer law and was highly recommended for her customer care record in her previous position in call centre supervision/management.

Mohammad Rayhan - IT Director and Website Designer

Rayhan holds a Master degree in Design from Bournemouth University and has many year's design and website experience.

Ashraf Ferdouse Chowdhury- Web Developer

Ashraf has a degree in computer engineering with the Shajalal Univercity of Science and Technology, Bangladesh.
